Using the service
You may use Chekaav only for lawful monitoring of systems, domains, and endpoints that you own or are authorized to monitor.
You are responsible for your account credentials, monitor configuration, and activity performed through your account.
Availability and monitoring results
Chekaav is designed to report availability and performance signals, but monitoring results may be delayed, incomplete, or affected by networks and third-party infrastructure.
The service is not a substitute for backups, security controls, emergency systems, or other business continuity measures.
Plans and billing
Plan limits are shown on the pricing page and may include limits on monitors, probes, check intervals, and alert channels.
Paid billing is not active until explicitly offered in the product. Any future charges, renewal terms, and taxes will be presented before purchase.
Acceptable use
You must not use the service to disrupt systems, bypass access controls, distribute malicious content, or perform unauthorized scanning.
We may restrict or suspend activity that threatens the service, other users, or third-party systems.
Account termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms or to protect service integrity.
Where practical, we will provide notice before termination unless immediate action is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the service evolves. The effective date on this page will be updated when material changes are published.
