Terms of Service

You may use Chekaav only for lawful monitoring of systems, domains, and endpoints that you own or are authorized to monitor.

You are responsible for your account credentials, monitor configuration, and activity performed through your account.

Chekaav is designed to report availability and performance signals, but monitoring results may be delayed, incomplete, or affected by networks and third-party infrastructure.

The service is not a substitute for backups, security controls, emergency systems, or other business continuity measures.

Plan limits are shown on the pricing page and may include limits on monitors, probes, check intervals, and alert channels.

Paid Starter and Pro plans are available on monthly and annual billing periods through the supported payment gateway. Before you leave Chekaav for payment, we show the net amount, applicable tax, and total due. A plan is activated or renewed only after the gateway confirms a successful payment.

New workspaces receive the 14-day Pro trial shown on the pricing page. The trial does not create an automatic charge; when it ends, the workspace moves to the Free plan unless a paid plan is purchased. Paid subscription renewals use a pre-invoice with a visible due date and are not charged automatically to a stored card or account.

You must not use the service to disrupt systems, bypass access controls, distribute malicious content, or perform unauthorized scanning.

We may restrict or suspend activity that threatens the service, other users, or third-party systems.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations of these terms or to protect service integrity.

Where practical, we will provide notice before termination unless immediate action is required for security, legal, or operational reasons.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. The effective date on this page will be updated when material changes are published.
