Where these numbers come from
How a handful of widely-used Iranian and international services look to Chekaav's own vantage points — once from inside Iran, once from outside.
This page is Chekaav's own output: the same monitoring we sell, pointed at public websites. A single failed check is not counted as an outage; one is recorded only when several checks in a row fail, by the same rule that sends our customers an alert. Red means none of that side's vantage points reached the service for the whole hour. Amber means an outage lasted only part of the hour, or was seen from only some vantage points.
