Privacy Policy

This policy explains the information Chekaav processes when providing monitoring services.

Effective:

We process account information needed to authenticate users and operate their workspace.

We also process monitor configuration, check results, incident records, probe data, and alert channel settings submitted through the service.

Information is used to provide monitoring, display service health, create incident history, deliver configured alerts, secure accounts, and maintain the platform.

We may use aggregated operational data to diagnose reliability issues and improve service performance.

Infrastructure, authentication, networking, and communication providers may process limited information on our behalf where necessary to deliver the service.

We do not sell personal information.

Information is retained only as long as reasonably needed to operate the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements.

We use technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.

You may update monitor and alert settings through the application. Account data access, correction, export, or deletion requests are handled through the available support channel.

Deleting monitoring configuration may not immediately remove data from backups or records retained for security and legal purposes.

We may update this policy as the service and its data practices change. Material revisions will be reflected by a new effective date.
